1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using Puzzle.now, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, signed-in players, and anyone else who uses the site.

2. The Service

Puzzle.now provides free, browser-based puzzle games, including the Slide Puzzle, 2048, Lights Out, Tower of Hanoi, Nonogram, Memory Match, Block Puzzle, Flood It and Word Search, plus a daily challenge, leaderboards and head-to-head multiplayer. No download or payment is required. Signing in is optional and only needed for extras like leaderboard entries and stats that follow you across devices.

3. Signing In

You can play everything as a guest. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your profile here. When you sign in, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Use a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or pretending to be someone else
• Not share access to your profile with others
• Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your profile

4. Fair Play

The daily challenge, leaderboards and multiplayer matches only work when everyone plays honestly. You agree not to:

• Use automated solvers, bots or scripts to play or submit results
• Tamper with timers, scoring or the shared puzzle used in the daily challenge
• Create extra profiles to gain a competitive edge
• Exploit bugs for a better score - please report them instead

Results that appear fake may be removed, and the profile behind them may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks behind the site
• Upload or send any harmful code
• Scrape or harvest site content in bulk without our written permission
• Use a display name to harass, abuse or spam other players

6. Intellectual Property

The site, including its code, design, puzzle implementations and written content, belongs to Puzzle.now. The basic ideas behind classic puzzles like the slide puzzle and Tower of Hanoi are in the public domain, but our versions, articles and branding are not. Site content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Your Submissions

If you send us feedback, bug reports or ideas, you grant us permission to use them to improve the site. You keep ownership of anything you submit.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Puzzle.now available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never go down. Planned or emergency maintenance may cause short interruptions. Stats saved in your browser's local storage stay on your device and remain under your control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Puzzle.now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses, including lost stats, that come from using or being unable to use the site.

10. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close profiles that break these terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to remove your profile through the contact form.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
